ThinkPad X201 support is removed from Libreboot

Builds have also been removed from rsync, and the build logic has been removed from lbmk. It was found that this motherboard experiences fan control failure when using a trimmed Intel ME image. This issue seems to only affect these old Arrandale machines; the problem was detected on the X201 but likely also impacts the ThinkPad T410 and other laptops.

This issue does not affect newer platforms, only Arrandale/Ibex Peak machines like the ThinkPad X201. The X201 uses Intel ME version 6. ME version 7 and higher did not reveal any issues when trimmed.

Using Libreboot on this platform is not recommended. Using coreboot is still possible, but a full Intel ME image must be utilized. Therefore, there will be no more support in Libreboot. The policy of the Libreboot project is to provide configurations without ME or neutral ME configurations using me_cleaner.

It is recommended to simply use a different machine. Arrandale machines are now considered broken (in the context of main boot) by the Libreboot project, and they will not be supported by Libreboot unless further testing is conducted and this issue is resolved. The removal was made urgently for the security of users.
