Once created, the action plan will provide your organization with proactive solutions and help avoid mistakes when transitioning to cloud infrastructure.
AWS Cloud Adoption Framework and its Aspects
Successful transitions to cloud infrastructure determine what organizational skills need to be enhanced and which ones need to be learned. AWS CAF supports and guides your organization in creating an effective cloud technology implementation plan to address existing gaps. It contains recommendations on six key aspects common to organizations: business component, people, governance, platform, security, and operations. Each aspect is organized with specific audiences and roles in mind:
Common Roles in the Business Aspect: business managers, financial managers, budget controllers, strategic stakeholders.
Common Roles in the People Aspect: HR management, service personnel managers, HR managers.
Common Roles in the Governance Aspect: Managing Director, Department Heads, Project Managers, System Architects, Business Analysts, Investment Managers.
