Sammen med Ubuntu blev der ogs\u00e5 annonceret versioner med andre skriveborde (flavours), herunder Kubuntu. For de fleste versioner med andre skriveborde er \u00e6ndringerne prim\u00e6rt fokuseret p\u00e5 opdatering af DE-versioner og centrale komponenter.<\/p>\n<p>Vigtige \u00e6ndringer for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS med GNOME-skrivebordet og Ubuntu generelt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Opdatering af standard skrivebordet til GNOME 46. Nu er installationen opdelt i faser, der udf\u00f8res f\u00f8r installationen (diskopdeling og pakkeoverf\u00f8rsel) og under den f\u00f8rste opstart af systemet (opstart af systemkonfiguration). Installationsprogrammet er skrevet i Dart med brug af Flutter-rammen.
