TCL er stadig p\u00e5kr\u00e6vet for at k\u00f8re test eller for at bygge hj\u00e6lpeprogrammer (f.eks. sqlite3_analyzer), der bruger TCL, men for de fleste normale bygge m\u00e5l er TCL ikke n\u00f8dvendigt. Dette muligg\u00f8r brug af sqlite3_prepare_v3() til testkompilering af SQL-teksten for at kontrollere dens korrekthed uden at overfylde fejlloggen med falske beskeder.<\/li>\n<li>Den mindste tilladte v\u00e6rdi for parameteren SQLITE_LIMIT_LENGTH er steget fra 1 til 30.<\/li>\n<li>Operat\u00f8ren SQLITE_FCNTL_NULL_IO er blevet tilf\u00f8jet, som s\u00e6tter en lavniv\u00e5 filbeskrivelse eller en
