Kefir underst\u00f8tter standarderne C17 \/ C23, herunder funktioner som:<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/noindex> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>komplekse tal _Complex;<\/li>\n<li>decimal tal _Decimal;<\/li>\n<li>variabel st\u00f8rrelse arrays p\u00e5 stakken VLA;<\/li>\n<li>indbygget assembly;<\/li>\n<li>generering af debug-symboler i DWARF5-format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <noindex><\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt genererer compileren kode til \u00e9n hardwareplatform - <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/refspecs.linuxbase.org\/elf\/x86_64-abi-0.99.pdf\">System-V AMD64 ABI<\/a> og de Unix-lignende operativsystemer, der er implementeret p\u00e5 denne: Linux\/glibc, Linux\/musl, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD og DragonflyBSD. Compileren anvender eksisterende tredjeparts linker og assembler til m\u00e5lplatformen. Kefir kan kompilere sig selv. Desuden gennemg\u00e5r den en r\u00e6kke tests for gcc 15 og kan med succes samle et bredt udvalg af open source software.
