Hovedideen er at bruge software til Linux uden at have Linux. Operativsystemet er POSIX-kompatibelt og tv\u00e6rplatforms (ARM, MIPS, x86, RISC-V, Microblaze, SPARC, PowerPC, E2K), har et tilsvarende . \/configure; make; make install, og underst\u00f8tter C++. Der er st\u00f8tte for en r\u00e6kke filsystemer: FAT, ext2\/3\/4, underst\u00f8ttelse af netv\u00e6rks-, grafiske og andre systemstakke. Popul\u00e6re programmeringssprog som Python, Lisp, TCL, Ruby, Lua, JS, Scheme er tilg\u00e6ngelige.<\/p>\n<p>Operativsystemet er skrevet i C, har fleksibel konfigurerbarhed p\u00e5 kildekodeniveau og har et tilsvarende hardwarebeskrivelser device tree.
