Canonical har stoppet distributionen af installations-ISO-billedet af Ubuntu Desktop 24.04.5 LTS til x86-64-arkitekturen (ubuntu-24.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso) p\u00e5 grund af en fejl, der medf\u00f8rer, at installationsprogrammet krascher. Problemet opst\u00e5r ved valg af den avancerede installationsmetode i installationsprogrammet og skyldes en fejlh\u00e5ndtering i pakken livecd-rootfs, som er relateret til en tidligere fjernet behandler «enhanced-secure-boot», der implementerer support for fulddisk-kryptering baseret p\u00e5 TPM. <\/p>\n
