Koden for projektet er skrevet i C og <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/gitlab.com\/fetchmail\/fetchmail\/\">distribueres<\/a><\/noindex> under GPLv2-licensen. St\u00f8tten for branchen fetchmail 6.3.X er helt oph\u00f8rt.<\/p>\n<p>Blandt <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/sourceforge.net\/projects\/fetchmail\/files\/branch_6.4\/\">\u00e6ndringer<\/a><\/noindex>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Medtaget st\u00f8tte til TLS 1.1, 1.2 og 1.3 (\u2014sslproto {tls1.1+|tls1.2+|tls1.3+}). Standardbygningen med OpenSSL er aktiveret (for at fungere kr\u00e6ves i det mindste version 1.0.2, og for TLSv1.3 \u2014 1.1.1). St\u00f8tte til SSLv2 er oph\u00f8rt. I STLS\/STARTTLS annonceres TLSv1.1 i stedet for SSLv3 og TLSv1.0 som standard. For at vende tilbage til SSLv3 kr\u00e6ves det at bruge OpenSSL med tilbageholdt st\u00f8tte til SSLv3 og k\u00f8re fetchmail med flagget \u00ab\u2014sslproto ssl3+\u00bb.\n<li class=\"l\"> Som standard er SSL-certifikatkontrol aktiveret (\u2014sslcertck).
