Die Linux Foundation hat eine Partnerschaft mit TransTech Social Enterprises angek\u00fcndigt, einem Inkubator f\u00fcr LGBTQ-Talente, der sich auf die wirtschaftliche F\u00f6rderung von Transgender-Personen spezialisiert hat. Diese Partnerschaft wird Stipendien f\u00fcr vielversprechende Studierende bereitstellen, um ihnen mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten zu geben, mit Software zu arbeiten, die auf Open-Source-Technologien basiert. <\/p>\n

Im aktuellen Rahmen bietet das Partnerschaftsprogramm 50 Stipendien pro Quartal f\u00fcr Antragsteller, die die Voraussetzungen erf\u00fcllen. Die Linux Foundation Training & Certification stellt im Gegenzug einen Gutschein f\u00fcr die Anmeldung zu einem beliebigen Kurs oder einer Pr\u00fcfung der Linux Foundation eLearning zur Verf\u00fcgung, wie z. B. dem Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Open.js Node.js Certified Application Developer und vielen anderen. Clyde Siepersed, SVP & GM der Abteilung f\u00fcr Training und Zertifizierung, ist der Ansicht, dass das Stipendium die Eintrittsbarriere senken und Hunderten von Menschen den Einstieg in eine Open-Source-Karriere erleichtern wird sowie mehr Mitglieder der LGBTQ-Community dazu inspiriert, den IT-Sektor als Bereich der Selbstverwirklichung zu w\u00e4hlen.
