Die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der plattform\u00fcbergreifenden Bibliothek SixtyFPS 0.1.0 zum Erstellen von grafischen Benutzeroberfl\u00e4chen wurde bekannt gegeben. Diese ist f\u00fcr den Einsatz auf Embedded-Ger\u00e4ten sowie in Desktop-Anwendungen auf Linux-, macOS- und Windows-Plattformen geeignet und kann auch in Webbrowsern (WebAssembly) zur Anwendung kommen. Der Code der Bibliothek ist in Rust geschrieben und steht unter der GPLv3-Lizenz oder einer kommerziellen Lizenz, die die Nutzung in propriet\u00e4ren Produkten ohne Quelloffenlegung erlaubt. <\/p>\n

Die Autoren der Bibliothek (Olivier Goffart und Simon Hausmann), ehemalige Entwickler bei KDE, wechselten sp\u00e4ter zu Trolltech, um an Qt zu arbeiten, und haben nun ihr eigenes Unternehmen gegr\u00fcndet, das SixtyFPS entwickelt. Ein Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine Arbeit mit minimalem CPU- und Speicherverbrauch zu erm\u00f6glichen (wenige hundert Kilobyte RAM sind erforderlich). F\u00fcr die Darstellung stehen zwei Backends zur Verf\u00fcgung \u2013 gl basierend auf OpenGL ES 2.0 und qt, das Qt QStyle verwendet. <\/p>\n

Die Erstellung von Benutzeroberfl\u00e4chen in Programmen in den Sprachen Rust, C++ und JavaScript wird unterst\u00fctzt. Die Autoren der Bibliothek haben eine spezielle Markup-Sprache \u201e.60\u201c entwickelt, die in nativen Code f\u00fcr die jeweilige Plattform kompiliert wird. Es gibt die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Sprache in einem Online-Editor zu testen oder sich Beispiele anzusehen, indem man sie selbst zusammenstellt.
