Auf der GUADEC 2021 wurde Cambalache vorgestellt, ein neues Tool zur schnellen Entwicklung von Schnittstellen f\u00fcr GTK 3 und GTK 4, das das MVC-Paradigma und die Philosophie der vorrangigen Bedeutung des Datenmodells verwendet. Eines der bemerkenswertesten Unterschiede zu Glade ist die Unterst\u00fctzung mehrerer Benutzeroberfl\u00e4chen in einem Projekt. Der Projektcode ist in Python geschrieben und wird unter der GPLv2-Lizenz bereitgestellt. <\/p>\n

Um mehrere GTK-Zweige zu unterst\u00fctzen, wird der Arbeitsbereich mit dem Broadway-Backend erstellt, das die Ausgabe der GTK-Bibliothek in einem Webbrowser-Fenster rendert. Der Hauptprozess von Cambalache stellt eine Bindung mit dem WebKit WebView bereit, in dem die Ausgabe des Merengue-Prozesses, der direkt f\u00fcr das Rendern der vom Benutzer erstellten Schnittstelle verantwortlich ist, mithilfe von Broadway \u00fcbertragen wird.
