In der unrar-Anwendung wurde eine Schwachstelle (CVE-2022-30333) identifiziert, die es erm\u00f6glicht, beim Entpacken eines speziell gestalteten Archivs Dateien au\u00dferhalb des aktuellen Verzeichnisses zu \u00fcberschreiben, abh\u00e4ngig von den Benutzerrechten. Das Problem wurde in den Versionen RAR 6.12 und unrar 6.1.7 behoben. Die Schwachstelle tritt in den Versionen f\u00fcr Linux, FreeBSD und macOS auf, betrifft jedoch nicht die Builds f\u00fcr Android und Windows. <\/p>\n

Das Problem entsteht durch das Fehlen einer ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfen \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Sequenz \u201e\/..\u201c in den Dateipfaden, die im Archiv angegeben sind. Dies erm\u00f6glicht es, beim Entpacken die Grenzen des Basisverzeichnisses zu \u00fcberschreiten. Wenn beispielsweise \u201e..\/.ssh\/authorized_keys\u201c im Archiv platziert wird, kann ein Angreifer versuchen, die Datei des Benutzers \u201e~\/.ssh\/authorized_keys\u201c w\u00e4hrend des Entpackens zu \u00fcberschreiben.
