Nach zweieinhalb Jahren steht die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Linux-Distribution BackBox Linux 8 zur Verf\u00fcgung, die auf Ubuntu 22.04 basiert und mit einer Sammlung von Tools zur Sicherheits\u00fcberpr\u00fcfung, Exploit-Tests, Reverse Engineering, Analyse von Netzwerkverkehr und drahtlosen Netzwerken, Untersuchung von Malware, Stresstests sowie zur Auffindung versteckter oder verlorener Daten geliefert wird. Die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che basiert auf Xfce. Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des ISO-Images betr\u00e4gt 3,9 GB (x86_64). <\/p>\n

Die neue Version enth\u00e4lt ein Update der Systemkomponenten von Ubuntu 20.04 auf die Version 22.04. Der Linux-Kernel wurde auf die Version 5.15 aktualisiert. Die Versionen der in den Sicherheitsinstrumenten und Desktop-Umgebungen enthaltenen Komponenten wurden aktualisiert. Das ISO-Image wurde im hybriden Format erstellt und ist f\u00fcr den Start auf UEFI-Systemen angepasst.
