Die Pine64-Community, die sich der Entwicklung offener Ger\u00e4te widmet, hat die Produktion des neuen PineTab2-Tablets f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Jahr angek\u00fcndigt. Dieses wird auf dem SoC Rockchip RK3566 basieren und \u00fcber einen Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A55 Prozessor (1,8 GHz) sowie eine ARM Mali-G52 EE GPU verf\u00fcgen. Preis und Verkaufsstart sind noch nicht festgelegt; bekannt ist jedoch, dass die ersten Ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr Entwickler nach dem chinesischen Neujahr (22. Januar) zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen werden. Das erste PineTab-Modell war zu einem Preis von 120 US-Dollar erh\u00e4ltlich, w\u00e4hrend das E-Book PineNote auf demselben SoC f\u00fcr 399 US-Dollar verkauft wurde. <\/p>\n

Wie das erste Modell der PineTab ist das neue Tablet mit einem 10,1-Zoll-Display (IPS) ausgestattet und wird mit einer abnehmbaren Tastatur geliefert, die es erm\u00f6glicht, das Ger\u00e4t wie einen normalen Laptop zu verwenden. Die Kameraspezifikationen sind ebenfalls erhalten geblieben: eine 5-MP-R\u00fcckkamera (1\/4\", LED-Blitz) und eine 2-MP-Frontkamera (f\/2.8, 1\/5\"). Die Akkukapazit\u00e4t betr\u00e4gt 6000 mAh. Abh\u00e4ngig von der Ausstattung betr\u00e4gt der Arbeitsspeicher 4 oder 8 GB, w\u00e4hrend der interne Speicher (eMMC-Flash) 64 oder 128 GB umfasst (zum Vergleich: die erste PineTab wurde mit 2 GB RAM und 64 GB Flash geliefert). Zu den Anschl\u00fcssen z\u00e4hlen zwei USB-C-Ports (USB 3.0 und USB 2.0), micro HDMI, microSD und eine 3,5-mm-Buchse f\u00fcr Kopfh\u00f6rer. <\/p>\n

Es ist noch nicht bestimmt, welche Module f\u00fcr Wi-Fi und Bluetooth in dem Ger\u00e4t verwendet werden. Auch wurde noch nicht bekannt gegeben, welche Linux-Distribution vorinstalliert sein wird. Der erste PineTab kam standardm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Ubuntu Touch von dem Projekt UBport, und zus\u00e4tzlich wurden Bilder von Manjaro Linux, PostmarketOS, Arch Linux ARM, Mobian und Sailfish OS angeboten.
