Die Organisation The Document Foundation gab die Synchronisation der Android-App LibreOffice Viewer mit dem aktuellen Code-Stamm von LibreOffice und die Bereitstellung dieser Anwendung im Google Play Katalog bekannt.<\/p>\n

Der LibreOffice Viewer ist eine schlanke Version von LibreOffice f\u00fcr Smartphones und Tablets mit Android, die das Anzeigen von Dokumenten im offenen Format (.odt, .ods, .odp) und Microsoft Office (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx) erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n

Der LibreOffice Viewer bietet auch experimentelle Bearbeitungsfunktionen, die in den Einstellungen der App aktiviert werden k\u00f6nnen, jedoch gelten diese nicht als bereit f\u00fcr den industriellen Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Fr\u00fcher war der LibreOffice Viewer im Google Play Store verf\u00fcgbar, wurde aber 2020 aufgrund mangelnder Unterst\u00fctzung entfernt. Seitdem wurden \u00fcber zweihundert \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen, die die Benutzerfreundlichkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t der App erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n

Nach der Wiederver\u00f6ffentlichung der App im Google Play Store ist der LibreOffice Viewer wieder f\u00fcr Benutzer verf\u00fcgbar. F\u00fcr die Nutzung ist eine Android-Version von 5.0 oder h\u00f6her erforderlich.<\/p>\n
