Diese Verl\u00e4ngerung betrifft alle aktuellen LTS-Versionen, beginnend mit Ubuntu 14.04, dessen Unterst\u00fctzung urspr\u00fcnglich im April dieses Jahres auslaufen sollte, nun aber bis April 2026 verl\u00e4ngert wurde. Updates f\u00fcr Ubuntu 24.04 werden bis 2036 bereitgestellt, f\u00fcr Ubuntu 22.04 bis 2034, f\u00fcr Ubuntu 20.04 bis 2032 usw. Updates werden wie bisher f\u00fcr 5 Jahre nach der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung allgemein verf\u00fcgbar sein, w\u00e4hrend die restlichen 7 Jahre nur Benutzern des Dienstes Ubuntu Pro zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen.       <\/p>\n<p>Der Dienst Ubuntu Pro ist kostenpflichtig f\u00fcr kommerzielle Anwendungen. F\u00fcr die pers\u00f6nliche Nutzung besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, kostenlos auf Ubuntu Pro zuzugreifen, um erweiterte Updates f\u00fcr 5 Maschinen zu erhalten. Offizielle Mitglieder der Ubuntu Community erhalten kostenlos erweiterte Updates f\u00fcr 50 Maschinen.        <\/p>\n<p>Was andere Distributionen betrifft, so wird eine 14-j\u00e4hrige
