Die urspr\u00fcngliche Variante von CRC32C umfasste 128 unrollte Schleifen, was zu einem ziemlich gro\u00dfen Code f\u00fchrte. Da moderne Prozessoren<\/a> mit der Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die nicht sequenzielle Ausf\u00fchrung von Instruktionen (out of order) Befehle parallel ausf\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen, erwies sich eine derartige Optimierung der Sprungbefehle in Schleifen als \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig und f\u00fchrte lediglich zu einem \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig gro\u00dfen Code.
