Als Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den Wechsel wird die aufgegebene Natur des X.Org-Projekts und die Hoffnungslosigkeit angef\u00fchrt, dass es jemals aus der Stagnation herauskommt, w\u00e4hrend Red Hat alle Anstrengungen auf die Einf\u00fchrung von Wayland umschichtet und die Unterst\u00fctzung von X11 in GTK5 einstellen m\u00f6chte. Laut den Entwicklern von GhostBSD sind die Projekte MATE, Xfce und GNUstep noch nicht bereit f\u00fcr den \u00dcbergang zu Wayland, w\u00e4hrend die Entscheidungen der X.Org-Entwickler destruktiv und irrational erscheinen, da sie \u00c4nderungen, die von dem Autor von XLibre erstellt wurden, entfernen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"l\">Es fand ein \u00dcbergang auf FreeBSD 15.0-RELEASE statt (zuvor basierte
