Am 20. April 2026 wurde eine neue Version des freien Echtzeitbetriebssystems Embox ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n

Embox ist f\u00fcr eingebettete Systeme konzipiert. Das Hauptziel besteht darin, Software f\u00fcr Linux ohne Linux zu nutzen. Das Betriebssystem ist POSIX-kompatibel und plattform\u00fcbergreifend (ARM, MIPS, x86, RISC-V, Microblaze, SPARC, PowerPC, E2K), bietet eine Analogie zu .\/configure; make; make install und unterst\u00fctzt C++. Es gibt Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr verschiedene Dateisysteme: FAT, ext2\/3\/4, sowie f\u00fcr Netzwerke, Grafik und weitere Systemstacks. Beliebte Programmiersprachen wie Python, Lisp, TCL, Ruby, Lua, JS und Scheme sind verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n

Das Betriebssystem ist in C geschrieben und zeichnet sich durch eine flexible Konfigurierbarkeit auf der Ebene des Quellcodes aus und bietet eine Beschreibung der Hardware in Form eines Device Trees. Dies macht die Entwicklung von Endger\u00e4ten auf Basis des Projekts zu einer sehr einfachen Aufgabe.<\/p>\n

Embox wird unter den Bedingungen einer zweigeteilten BSD-Lizenz vertrieben.<\/p>\n

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hinzuf\u00fcgung der Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr den russischen MK K1921VG1T von der Firma NIIET sowie die Plattform des Flugsteuerger\u00e4ts Sky-vega-lite von der Firma Reines Himmel (beide Unternehmen geh\u00f6ren zur GK Element). Auch die Unterst\u00fctzung des Ardupilot-Projekts wurde verbessert, ebenso wie die Unterst\u00fctzung russischer Chips. Diese Arbeiten erm\u00f6glichen die Schaffung einer offenen Plattform zur Entwicklung von Flugsteuerger\u00e4ten auf Basis russischer Bauteile.<\/p>\n
