Der zweite chinesische Chiphersteller, der ebenfalls die 14-nm-Technologien und FinFET-Transistoren nutzen wird, ist das in Shanghai ans\u00e4ssige Unternehmen Huali Microelectronics (HLMC). Im Portfolio des Unternehmens befindet sich der 28-nm-Prozess HKC, und ein 28-nm-HKC+-Prozess wird f\u00fcr Ende dieses Jahres vorbereitet. Beide Prozesse sind bekannt aus den Technologien von TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung und Intel unter der Abk\u00fcrzung HKMG (Isolator mit hoher Dielektrizit\u00e4tskonstante mit metallischen Transistor-Gate-Abscheidungen). Der 28-nm-HKC-Prozess bezieht sich auf die Produktion leistungsstarker Chips, w\u00e4hrend der 28-nm-HKC+ L\u00f6sungen mit extrem niedrigem Verbrauch erm\u00f6glicht. Unterst\u00fctzte Technologieprozesse: 55, 40 und 28 nm. Im Oktober letzten Jahres nahm das Unternehmen sein zweites modernes Werk mit einer planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kapazit\u00e4t von 40.000 300-mm-Wafern pro Monat in Betrieb. Der Bau und die Ausstattung des Werkes ben\u00f6tigten fast zwei Jahre. Derzeit kann dieses Werk monatlich 10.000 Wafer mit 28-nm-Chips verarbeiten, aber zuk\u00fcnftig wird hier die Produktion von 14-nm-L\u00f6sungen
