Das Unternehmen hat bereits einen 28-nm-Technologieprozess (HKC) und bereitet die Einf\u00fchrung des 28-nm HKC+ Prozesses f\u00fcr Ende dieses Jahres vor. Beide Verfahren sind den uns bekannten Prozessen von TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung und Intel unter dem K\u00fcrzel HKMG (Hochdieelektrische Konstantisolatoren mit Metall-Gate-Beschichtung von Transistoren) \u00e4hnlich. Unterst\u00fctzte Technologien: 55, 40 und 28 nm. Im Oktober letzten Jahres nahm das Unternehmen sein zweites modernes Werk mit einer geplanten Kapazit\u00e4t von 40.000 300-mm-Wafern pro Monat in Betrieb. Der Bau und die Ausstattung der Anlage dauerten fast zwei Jahre.
