April 1969 \u2014 wurde das erste Request for Comments ver\u00f6ffentlicht: 1. RFC ist ein Dokument, das technische Spezifikationen und Standards enth\u00e4lt, die im weltweiten Netzwerk weit verbreitet sind. Jedes RFC-Dokument hat eine eigene eindeutige Nummer, die bei Verweisen auf das Dokument verwendet wird. Derzeit ist die IETF unter dem Dach der offenen Organisation Internet Society (ISOC) f\u00fcr die Erstver\u00f6ffentlichung der RFC-Dokumente verantwortlich. Die Internet Society h\u00e4lt die Rechte an den RFCs.<\/p>\n<p>Das RFC-1-Dokument wurde von Steve Crocker (auf dem Foto) verfasst. Zu dieser Zeit war er Doktorand am Caltech. Er war es, der die Idee hatte, technische Dokumente im RFC-Format zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen. Au\u00dferdem war er an der Gr\u00fcndung der ARPA \u201eNetwork Working Group\u201c beteiligt, aus der sp\u00e4ter die IETF hervorging.
