Das Mining von Grin erfolgt unter Verwendung des Cuckoo Cycle (Cuckatoo) Hashing-Algorithmus, dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung auch dazu beitragen soll, das Mining von Grin mit ASICs unprofitabel zu machen. Die ASIC-Entwickler sind jedoch anderer Meinung. Das chinesische Unternehmen Innosilicon beispielsweise <noindex><\/a>vorbereitet<\/a><\/noindex> bietet verschiedene Hardwarel\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr das Mining von Grin mit ASICs f\u00fcr den Heimgebrauch und f\u00fcr Farmen an.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Der ASIC-Miner Innosilicon G32 Grin: zehnmal besser als mit Grafikkarten\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/3ffa2da36ba83c453bafb05744553296.jpg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Den Hauptverbraucher dieser Mining-L\u00f6sungen sieht der Entwickler im Heimbenutzer. Zu diesem Zweck hat Innosilicon einen ASIC-Miner im PCIe-Adapter-Formfaktor entwickelt, der in Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Form einer Grafikkarte nachempfunden ist. Der Preis f\u00fcr die Vorbestellung, die bis Ende April erfolgen muss, liegt bei 800 $. Die Auslieferung der L\u00f6sung soll im August beginnen. Der Kauf des Miners nach Beginn der Auslieferung wird bereits 1200 $ kosten. Dieser und andere Miner unterst\u00fctzen die Hashing-Algorithmen Cuckatoo31+ und Cuckatoo32+ (wie auch Cuckatoo29\/30). Jede dieser Karten kann sowohl eigenst\u00e4ndig als auch in kaskadierter Verbindung mit anderen Adaptern betrieben werden.
