Zus\u00e4tzlich wurden einige Verbesserungen aus der Ausgabe von Ubuntu 19.04 \u00fcbernommen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt insbesondere die neue Kernel-Version der Familie 5.0, Updates f\u00fcr Mutter 3.28.3 und Mesa 18.2.8 sowie die neuesten Treiber f\u00fcr Intel-, AMD- und NVIDIA-Grafikkarten. Ebenfalls aus 19.04 wurde das Livepatch-System \u00fcbertragen, das in der Lage ist, den Kernel des Betriebssystems ohne einen Neustart zu patchen. Schlie\u00dflich hat die Server-Version 18.04.3 LTS Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr verschl\u00fcsselte LVM-Gruppenpartitionen erhalten. Zudem wurde die Funktion hinzugef\u00fcgt, bestehende Partitionen w\u00e4hrend der Installation zu verwenden.<\/p>\n

Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass der Linux-Kernel 5.0 bis zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Ubuntu 18.04.4 unterst\u00fctzt wird. In der n\u00e4chsten Version wird bereits der Kernel von Ubuntu 19.10 integriert. Die Version 4.15 hingegen wird w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Supportzyklus der LTS-Version unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Dabei m\u00f6chten wir daran erinnern, dass in der Herbstversion 19.10 viele Neuerungen erwartet werden. Erstens, es wird unterst\u00fctzt<\/a><\/noindex> das ZFS-Dateisystem, jedoch nur als Option.
