Es wird angemerkt, dass die Fertigstellung von GTK 4 etwa ein weiteres Jahr in Anspruch nehmen wird (GTK 4 seit Sommer 2016). Bis Ende 2019 ist die Vorbereitung eines weiteren experimentellen Releases der GTK 3.9x Serie geplant, gefolgt von einem finalen Testrelease von GTK 3.99 im Fr\u00fchling 2020, das alle vorgesehenen Funktionen enth\u00e4lt. Das GTK 4 Release wird f\u00fcr Anfang Herbst 2020 erwartet, zeitgleich mit GNOME 3.38. <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=44596\">entwickelt sich<\/a><\/noindex> Vor dem finalen Release m\u00fcssen f\u00fcnf geplante Funktionserweiterungen abgeschlossen werden, darunter die Ersetzung von festen Widgets durch skalierbare Ansichten, eine neue API zur Animation sowie die \u00dcbertragung von Effekten und Fortschrittsanzeigen auf diese, der Abschluss der \u00dcberarbeitung des Systems f\u00fcr kontextabh\u00e4ngige Men\u00fcs (Entwicklung von Ideen zu verschachtelten Untermenus und Dropdown-Men\u00fcs), die Ersetzung des alten Systems f\u00fcr Tastenkombinationen durch Ereignis-Handler und die Weiterentwicklung der neuen API f\u00fcr Drag &amp; Drop-Operationen.<\/p>\n<p>Bis zur finalen Ver\u00f6ffentlichung m\u00fcssen f\u00fcnf geplante funktionale \u00c4nderungen abgeschlossen werden, darunter die Umstellung von festen Widgets auf skalierbare Darstellungen, eine neue API zur Animation und zum Transfer von Effekten und Fortschrittsanzeigen, die Fertigstellung der \u00dcberarbeitung des Systems der Pop-up-Men\u00fcs (Entwicklung von Ideen zu verschachtelten Untermen\u00fcs und Dropdown-Men\u00fcs), die Ersetzung des alten Systems f\u00fcr Tastenkombinationen durch Ereignis-Handler und die Verbesserung der neuen API f\u00fcr Drag &amp; Drop-Operationen. <\/p>\n<p>Zu den optionalen Funktionen, die bis zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von GTK 4 noch hinzugef\u00fcgt werden sollen, geh\u00f6rt das Widget \u201eUI-Designer\u201c, verbesserte Werkzeuge zur Aufteilung der oberen Panels und ein Repository f\u00fcr Widgets, \u00fcber das experimentelle Widgets ohne Integration in GTKs Hauptbestandteil bereitgestellt werden k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem wird die Entwicklung von Werkzeugen f\u00fcr die Portierung von Anwendungen auf GTK4 erw\u00e4hnt, wie die Vorbereitung entsprechender Bibliotheksvarianten von GtkSourceView, vte und webkitgtk sowie die Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Plattformen. Zum Beispiel funktioniert das OpenGL-basierte Renderingsystem gut unter Linux, w\u00e4hrend das Vulkan-basierte noch Verbesserungen ben\u00f6tigt. Unter Windows wird die Cairo-Bibliothek f\u00fcr das Rendering verwendet, aber eine alternative Implementierung wird gerade entwickelt. <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\"
