Vor allem europ\u00e4ische Organisationen migrieren von \u00f6ffentlichen Cloud-Systemen, um den Anforderungen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) zu entsprechen und um rechtliche Probleme zu vermeiden, die durch das in den USA geltende <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/CLOUD_Act\">Cloud Act<\/a><\/noindex>, das Ma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr den Zugriff von Strafverfolgungsbeh\u00f6rden auf Benutzerdaten in Cloud-Speichern amerikanischer Unternehmen definiert, unabh\u00e4ngig von der geografischen Lage der Rechenzentren (die meisten \u00f6ffentlichen Cloud-Plattformen werden von amerikanischen Unternehmen betrieben). <\/p>\n<p>Nextcloud erm\u00f6glicht die Einrichtung eines vollwertigen Cloud-Speichers mit Synchronisations- und Datenaustauschfunktionen in Ihrem Netzwerk. Zudem bietet es Zusatzfunktionen wie Dokumentenbearbeitung, Videokonferenzen, Messaging und, seit der aktuellen Version, die Integration von Funktionen zur Erstellung eines dezentralen sozialen Netzwerks. Der Einsatz eigener Cloud-Systeme auf Basis von Nextcloud erfolgt derzeit durch das Innenministerium Frankreichs, die Bundesregierung Deutschlands, das Bildungsministerium der Niederlande und Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden Schwedens. <\/p>\n<p>Das Innenministerium Frankreichs implementiert eine L\u00f6sung auf Basis von Nextcloud, die auf bis zu 300.000 Benutzer skalierbar ist und f\u00fcr sicheren Dateiaustausch sowie zur Organisation der gemeinsamen Bearbeitung von Dokumenten verwendet werden kann. In der schwedischen Sozialversicherungsbeh\u00f6rde wird die Nextcloud-Plattform f\u00fcr ein Nachrichtenaustauschsystem und einen Dateispeicher mit End-to-End-Verschl\u00fcsselung eingesetzt.
