Das Hauptziel der Entwicklung besteht darin, die Vertraulichkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Daten der Nutzer vor potenziellen Lecks beim \u00dcbersetzen von Inhalten der im Browser ge\u00f6ffneten Seiten zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Entwicklung von Bergamot erfolgt im Berliner B\u00fcro von Mozilla in Zusammenarbeit mit Forschern aus <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/browser.mt\/partners\/\">mehreren<\/a><\/noindex> Universit\u00e4ten im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich, Estland und Tschechien. Das Projekt wird von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union im Rahmen eines \u00fcber das Programm <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/horizon2020\/en\">Horizon 2020<\/a><\/noindex>finanzierten Zuschusses unterst\u00fctzt. Die F\u00f6rdersumme betr\u00e4gt drei Millionen Euro. Das Projekt ist auf drei Jahre ausgelegt. Bei Mozilla <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/triagegirl\/status\/1184988341923540993\">wurde<\/a><\/noindex>  <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/careers.mozilla.org\/position\/gh\/1666741\/\">eine Stelle<\/a><\/noindex> f\u00fcr einen Spezialisten im Bereich maschinelles Lernen ausgeschrieben, um an der Entwicklung der \u00dcbersetzungs-Engine von einer Sprache in eine andere mitzuwirken.<\/p>\n<p>Unter den verwandten Entwicklungen mit Bezug zum Bergamot-Projekt <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/browser.mt\/software\">wird erw\u00e4hnt,<\/a><\/noindex>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> der an der Universit\u00e4t Edinburgh entwickelte maschinelle \u00dcbersetzungsrahmen <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/marian-nmt.github.io\/\">Marian<\/a><\/noindex>, basierend auf einem rekurrenten neuronalen Netzwerk. Das Framework ist in C++ geschrieben und kann GPUs zur Beschleunigung von Lernen und \u00dcbersetzung nutzen, und <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/marian-nmt\/marian\">wird geliefert<\/a><\/noindex> unter der MIT-Lizenz.\n<li class=\"l\"> Das in der Karlsuniversit\u00e4t in Prag entwickelte Tool <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ufal\/neuralmonkey\">Neural Monkey<\/a><\/noindex> , zur Verarbeitung von Informationen in nat\u00fcrlicher Sprache unter Verwendung von Methoden des sequentiellen maschinellen Lernens. Das Projekt verwendet das TensorFlow-Framework und kann zur schnellen Erstellung von Prototypen f\u00fcr Systeme zur maschinellen \u00dcbersetzung und Klassifizierung von Informationen in nat\u00fcrlicher Sprache eingesetzt werden. Der Code ist unter der BSD-Lizenz verf\u00fcgbar.\n<li class=\"l\"> Das in der Universit\u00e4t Sheffield vorbereitete Projekt <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/ghpaetzold\/questplusplus\">QuEst++<\/a><\/noindex>, das zur Bewertung und Vorhersage der Qualit\u00e4t von Maschinen\u00fcbersetzungssystemen verwendet wird.\n<li class=\"l\"> Entwickelt von Mozilla,  <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=49639\">der Sprachsynthesizer<\/a><\/noindex>  (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mozilla\/TTS\">TTS<\/a><\/noindex>) und <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=47648\">die Spracherkennungsengine<\/a><\/noindex> (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/mozilla\/DeepSpeech\">Deep Speech<\/a><\/noindex>)\n<li class=\"l\"> Das von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union finanzierte Projekt <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/paracrawl.eu\/\">ParaCrawl<\/a><\/noindex>, das eine Datenbank synchroner \u00dcbersetzungen verschiedener Phrasen in verschiedenen Sprachen aufbaut, die zur Schulung von Systemen des maschinellen Lernens genutzt werden kann. Das Projekt basiert auf einem Bot <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/bitextor\/\">bitextor<\/a><\/noindex>, der mehrsprachige Websites indiziert und automatisch identische Texte findet, die in mehreren Sprachen pr\u00e4sentiert werden. Die Datenbank mit Beispielen f\u00fcr parallele \u00dcbersetzungen umfasst 24 Sprachen, darunter auch Russisch (<noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/paracrawl.eu\/releases.html\">Datenbank<\/a><\/noindex> f\u00fcr die russische Sprache hat eine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 637 MB im komprimierten Format und enth\u00e4lt \u00fcber 12 Millionen \u00dcbersetzungsbeispiele).\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Entwicklung von Bergamot begann im Januar dieses Jahres, aber die Ergebnisse des Projekts sind bisher <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/browser.mt\/software\">nicht verf\u00fcgbar<\/a><\/noindex> f\u00fcr einen \u00f6ffentlichen Test nicht verf\u00fcgbar. Das \u00dcbersetzungssystem unterst\u00fctzt auch die automatische Spracherkennung, wenn eine Seite in einer unbekannten Sprache ge\u00f6ffnet wird, und zeigt einen speziellen Indikator an, der vorschl\u00e4gt, die Seite zu \u00fcbersetzen. Das im Rahmen des Bergamot-Projekts entwickelte Prototyp-System verwendet dasselbe Interface f\u00fcr die Benutzerinteraktion, aber anstelle der Anfrage an externe Dienste wird ein integrierter
