Projekt zur Entwicklung eines freien automatisierten System zur Entwurfsplanung von Leiterplatten KiCad<\/a><\/noindex>, auf<\/a><\/noindex> unter der Schirmherrschaft der Linux Foundation. Die Entwickler erwarten<\/a><\/noindex>, glauben, dass die Entwicklung unter dem Dach der Linux Foundation zus\u00e4tzliche Ressourcen zur Weiterentwicklung des Projekts anziehen und die M\u00f6glichkeit bieten wird, neue, nicht direkt mit der Entwicklung verbundene Dienste zu entwickeln. Die Linux Foundation, als neutrale Plattform f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, wird auch dazu beitragen, neue Teilnehmer f\u00fcr das Projekt zu gewinnen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird KiCad an der Initiative CommunityBridge<\/a><\/noindex>, teilnehmen, die darauf abzielt, die Zusammenarbeit von Open-Source-Entwicklern mit Unternehmen und Einzelpersonen zu organisieren, die bereit sind, bestimmten Entwicklern oder wichtigen Projekten finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung zukommen zu lassen. <\/p>\n

KiCad bietet Werkzeuge zur Bearbeitung von Schalt- und Leiterpl\u00e4nen, 3D-Visualisierung von Platinen, Verwaltung von Bibliotheken elektronischer Bauteile und zur Manipulation von Vorlagen im Gerber<\/a><\/noindex> -Format und zur Projektverwaltung. Builds werden<\/a><\/noindex> sind f\u00fcr Windows, macOS und verschiedene Linux-Distributionen verf\u00fcgbar. Der Code ist in C++ unter Verwendung der wxWidgets-Bibliothek geschrieben, und wird unter der GPLv3-Lizenz bereitgestellt.<\/a><\/noindex> unter der GPLv3-Lizenz.
