F\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Projekts sollen 2,1 Milliarden Rubel bereitgestellt werden. <\/p>\n<p>Es wird angenommen, dass der neue Dienst neben der Reserve auch zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Code genutzt werden kann, der mit staatlichen Mitteln oder durch Personen entwickelt wurde, die an der Arbeit auf einer Plattform interessiert sind, die unabh\u00e4ngig von Unternehmen in der Jurisdiktion der USA ist. Insbesondere kann ein neuer Server erforderlich sein, um mit maschinellem Lernen verbundene Open-Source-Bibliotheken zu hosten, die im Rahmen des f\u00f6deralen Projekts \u201e<noindex><a
