Februar beginnt in Moskau Sl\u00f6rm SRE.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Dies ist das erste Intensivtraining, bei dem wir von dem Schema \u00abFolge dem Lehrer\u00bb abgewichen sind. Sie erwartet die Arbeit an einem SRE-Projekt, das den realen Bedingungen so nah wie m\u00f6glich kommt.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie erhalten ein voll funktionsf\u00e4higes Projekt und arbeiten in Echtzeit damit. Sie erwarten typische SRE-Aufgaben: Arbeiten mit unbekanntem Code, Synchronisationsprobleme in verteilten Systemen, Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten mit Kollegen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sie werden mit nicht triviale Systemausf\u00e4lle konfrontiert, die aus dem echten Leben stammen. (Ich h\u00f6re von Zeit zu Zeit von den Referenten: \u201eKollegen, entschuldigt, in den n\u00e4chsten zwei Tagen kann ich mich nicht zu den Meetings zuschalten, aber es gibt einen gro\u00dfartigen Fall f\u00fcr unser Programm\u201c).<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Die Vorf\u00e4lle werden sich schnell entwickeln, da jede Sekunde einen Verlust an Gewinn f\u00fcr unser Ausbildungsunternehmen bedeutet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wir werden die Teilnehmer in Teams aufteilen. Jedes Team hat einen Mentor, einen der Dozenten des Kurses. Jedes Team ist f\u00fcr sein Backend verantwortlich. Im Verlauf der Vorf\u00e4lle wird es notwendig sein, die Arbeit im Team zu organisieren und mit anderen Teams zu interagieren. Wir spielen um Punkte: die Schiedsrichter werden Punkte abziehen und hinzuf\u00fcgen, damit das Team sieht, wie angemessen und effektiv seine Aktionen sind. Am Ende werden wir den Gewinner bekannt geben.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nach jedem Vorfall wird es eine Nachbesprechung geben, bei der wir systemische Probleme in den Prozessen identifizieren und beheben werden. Die Mentoren werden darauf achten, dass die blameless-Kultur bei den Nachbesprechungen eingehalten wird. In unseren Gefilden ist der blameless-Ansatz noch nicht weit verbreitet, dabei ist er einer der Schl\u00fcssel zur Implementierung von SRE und DevOps.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wir streben an, innerhalb von drei Tagen einen globalen Paradigmenwechsel zu erreichen: Sie sollen lernen, wie man wie ein SRE-Ingenieur denkt und Projekte wie ein SRE-Ingenieur betrachtet.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Teilnahme ben\u00f6tigen Sie einen Laptop, ein Headset und grundlegende Kenntnisse von Kubernetes.
