Das Kernproblem: In der urspr\u00fcnglichen Umsetzung wird DISCARD synchron mit anderen Operationen ausgef\u00fchrt, was in einigen F\u00e4llen zu Leistungsproblemen f\u00fchren kann, da auf den Abschluss der entsprechenden Befehle durch die Speicher gewartet werden muss, was zus\u00e4tzliche Zeit erfordert. Dies kann problematisch sein, wenn die DISCARD-Implementierung des Speichers langsam arbeitet. <\/p>\n

Bei der asynchronen Umsetzung ist es nicht erforderlich, bei der normalen Arbeit des FS auf den Abschluss von DISCARD durch den Speicher zu warten, was dieses Problem l\u00f6st, indem diese Operation in den Hintergrund verlagert wird. Die vorgestellte Umsetzung f\u00fchrt ebenfalls einige Optimierungen durch. So wartet sie beispielsweise eine gewisse Zeit ab, da der Block m\u00f6glicherweise bald verwendet werden k\u00f6nnte, sodass die Durchf\u00fchrung des DISCARD-Verfahrens \u00fcberhaupt keinen Sinn mehr h\u00e4tte, und versucht auch, Bereiche vor der tats\u00e4chlichen Ausf\u00fchrung von DISCARD zusammenzufassen, um die Gesamtanzahl der Operationen zu verringern.<\/p>\n
