Jitsi Meet supports features such as sharing desktop content or individual windows, automatic switching to the video of the active speaker, collaborative document editing in Etherpad, presentation displays, streaming conferences to YouTube, audio conference mode, the ability to connect participants via the telephone gateway Jigasi, connection protection with a password, 'push-to-talk' mode, sending invitations to join the conference in the form of a URL, and the possibility of messaging in the text chat. All data streams transmitted between the client and the server are encrypted (assuming the server operates on its own infrastructure).
