Mit der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des UNIGINE SDK 2.11 wurde verf\u00fcgbar UNIGINE 2 Community<\/a>, die kostenlose Version dieser plattform\u00fcbergreifenden 3D-Engine.<\/p>\n

Unterst\u00fctzte Plattformen \u2013 Windows und Linux (ab Debian 8; einschlie\u00dflich der in der Verteidigungsindustrie verwendeten nationalen Distribution Astra Linux). Auch die Arbeit mit verschiedenen VR-Ger\u00e4ten wird unterst\u00fctzt. Auf Linux funktioniert sowohl die Engine als auch der mitgelieferte visuelle 3D-Szeneneditor (UnigineEditor) zu 100 %. Als grafisches API kommt OpenGL 4.5+ zum Einsatz.<\/p>\n

Basierend auf der UNIGINE Engine wurde eine Serie von GPU-Benchmarks<\/a> (einschlie\u00dflich der beliebten Heaven und Superposition), und es werden auch professionelle Simulatoren sowie verschiedene industrielle digitale Zwillinge entwickelt. Mehrere Spiele sind erschienen, darunter Oil Rush (2012), Cradle (2015), RF-X (2016), Sumoman (2017). Derzeit wird das ehrgeizige MMORPG Dual Universe in der Weltraumwelt vorbereitet. Zu den besonderen Merkmalen der Engine geh\u00f6ren die Unterst\u00fctzung sehr gro\u00dfer virtueller Szenen, eine Vielzahl von Funktionen \u201eout of the box\u201c, hohe Leistung sowie die gleichzeitige Unterst\u00fctzung von C++ und C# API.
