Das System ist daf\u00fcr vorgesehen, Aufgaben zu l\u00f6sen, wie die Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit des technischen Supports (Helpdesk), die Verwaltung von Kundenanfragen (Telefonanrufe, E-Mails), die Koordination der Bereitstellung von Unternehmens-IT-Diensten, das Management von Anfragen im Vertrieb und in Finanzabteilungen. Der Code von OTOBO ist in Perl geschrieben und <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/RotherOSS\/otobo\">wird verbreitet<\/a><\/noindex> unter Lizenz GPLv3.<\/p>\n<p>Stefan Rother, heute Gr\u00fcnder und Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von Rother OSS, trat 2004 OTRS GmbH (heute OTRS AG) bei. 2011 gr\u00fcndete er sein eigenes Unternehmen Rother OSS. Bis 2019 konzentrierte sich Rother OSS auf die Bereitstellung von Gesch\u00e4ftsdienstleistungen in Verbindung mit den Open-Source-Varianten von OTRS. Als Reaktion auf die ge\u00e4nderte Release-Strategie von OTRS AG und die Verz\u00f6gerung bei der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung neuer Versionen der OTRS Community Edition begann Rother OSS mit der Entwicklung des Ticketsystems OTOBO (Open Ticket Ours Based Otrs) auf Basis von OTRS Version 6. Das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell von OTOBO besteht darin, Gesch\u00e4ftsanwender zu unterst\u00fctzen, sie zu beraten und zu schulen. Entwicklungen, die von Kunden in Auftrag gegeben werden und die f\u00fcr eine breitere Benutzerbasis n\u00fctzlich sind, sollen in den urspr\u00fcnglichen Code zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden. <\/p>\n<p>Haupt\u00e4nderungen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Aktualisiert <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/en\/otobo-features\/kundenportal\/\">Kundenportal<\/a><\/noindex>;\n<p><center><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mockup-Dashboard-V1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Ticket-Systems OTOBO, einem Fork von OTRS\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/60e04add12b9c2b13d9f1be2339289c2.jpeg\" style=\"display:block;margin: 0 auto;\" \/><\/a><\/noindex><\/center><\/p>\n<li class=\"l\"> Formulare wurden optimiert, und die Unterst\u00fctzung von mehrspaltigen Eingabeformularen wurde hinzugef\u00fcgt;\n<li class=\"l\"> Es wurde eine schnelle Suche auf der Basis von Elasticsearch implementiert;\n<li class=\"l\"> Die Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung, den Schutz vor Passworterrat und erweiterte Mittel zur Festlegung einer Passwort-Richtlinie wurde hinzugef\u00fcgt;\n<li class=\"l\"> Es wurde <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/RotherOSS\/otobo-docker\">Integration<\/a><\/noindex> mit Docker.\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es wurde auch ein Migrationswerkzeug entwickelt, das einen Wechsel von OTRS CE 6 auf OTOBO erm\u00f6glicht. Zur Installation <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/otobo.de\/en\/otobo-download\/\">verf\u00fcgbar<\/a><\/noindex> sowohl als Installationspaket als auch als Docker-Images angeboten. Au\u00dferdem werden Hosting-Dienste angeboten.
