Die Veranstaltung findet vom 31. August bis 07. September 2020 statt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Rahmen der &laquo;Testwoche&raquo; sind alle Interessierten eingeladen, die n\u00e4chste Version Fedora 33 zu testen und ihre Ergebnisse den Entwicklern des Distributionsprojekts zuzusenden.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><noindex><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Testen ist es erforderlich, das System zu installieren und einige Standardoperationen durchzuf\u00fchren. Anschlie\u00dfend m\u00fcssen die Ergebnisse \u00fcber ein spezielles <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/testdays.fedorainfracloud.org\/events\/92\">Formular<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/noindex><br \/>\n<noindex><\/p>\n<p>Laut <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/fedoraproject.org\/wiki\/Test_Day:2020-08-31_Btrfs_default\">wiki<\/a> gemeldet werden. Das Testen kann auch in einer virtuellen Maschine durchgef\u00fchrt werden. F\u00fcr das Testen stehen Builds f\u00fcr die Architekturen x86 und aarch64 zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Der Schwerpunkt der bevorstehenden Woche liegt auf Btrfs. In Fedora 33 wird dieses Dateisystem standardm\u00e4\u00dfig vom Installer angeboten. In fr\u00fcheren Versionen von Fedora wurde standardm\u00e4\u00dfig das Dateisystem ext4 angeboten.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Merkmalen von Btrfs im Vergleich zu ext4 geh\u00f6ren unter anderem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Copy-on-Write. Bei ext4 werden neue Daten \u00fcber alte geschrieben. Btrfs erm\u00f6glicht es, neue Daten zu schreiben, w\u00e4hrend die alten Daten intakt bleiben. Dadurch wird die M\u00f6glichkeit geschaffen, das System oder die Daten im Falle eines Ausfalls wiederherzustellen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Snapshots. Diese Technologie erm\u00f6glicht es, einen \"Snapshot\" des Dateisystems zu erstellen, um sp\u00e4ter \u00c4nderungen zur\u00fcckzusetzen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Subvolumes. Das Btrfs-Dateisystem kann in sogenannte Subvolumes unterteilt werden.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Unterst\u00fctzung von Kompression, was nicht nur das Komprimieren von Dateien erm\u00f6glicht, sondern
