Gestern haben einige ukrainische Nutzer festgestellt, dass sie nicht auf den Code-Sharing-Dienst GitHub Gist zugreifen k\u00f6nnen. Das Problem stand im Zusammenhang mit der Sperrung des Dienstes durch Anbieter, die eine Anordnung (Kopie 1, Kopie 2) von der Nationalen Kommission zur Regulierung im Bereich Kommunikation und Informatik erhalten haben. Diese Anordnung wurde auf der Grundlage eines Beschlusses des Gerichtshofs des Goloseevskiy Bezirks von Kiew (752\/22980\/20) im Zusammenhang mit einem strafbaren Verhalten gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 190 Abs. 3 des Strafgesetzbuches der Ukraine (Betrug in gro\u00dfem Umfang oder durch illegale Operationen unter Verwendung von elektronischer Datenverarbeitungstechnik) erlassen. <\/p>\n

Neben gist.github.com wurden auch 425 andere Websites blockiert, darunter LiveJournal, RBC und mehrere gro\u00dfe Kryptow\u00e4hrungs- und Finanzwebsites, einschlie\u00dflich banki.ru. Derzeit wurde die Anordnung von der Website der Beh\u00f6rde entfernt, und Mykhailo Fedorov, der Vizepremier der Ukraine und Leiter des zust\u00e4ndigen Ministeriums, hat versprochen, die Blockierung von GitHub Gist zu verhindern und die Situation zu kl\u00e4ren. Das Verbot bleibt vorerst nur auf dem Papier bestehen, der Fall wurde zur Pr\u00fcfung an die zust\u00e4ndigen Stellen verwiesen, und h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich wird die Entscheidung insgesamt aufgehoben. <\/p>\n
