Wenn jedes Website die Interessensmarkierungen abrufen kann, schafft dies Bedingungen f\u00fcr die Diskriminierung von Benutzern, abh\u00e4ngig von ihren Vorlieben und Ansichten, sowie f\u00fcr die aktive Anwendung von aggressivem Targeting.    <\/p>\n<p>Statt vollst\u00e4ndig auf Targeting zu verzichten, versucht Google, anstelle des alten Targetings eine neue Methode des Targetings einzuf\u00fchren, die eigene Probleme mit sich bringt. EFF ist der Meinung, dass der Benutzer selbst entscheiden sollte, welche Informationen an jede Website weitergegeben werden und sich nicht darum k\u00fcmmern sollte, dass die Spuren seiner fr\u00fcheren Aktivit\u00e4ten zur Manipulation verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen, wenn er Websites \u00f6ffnet. Beispielsweise kann der Dienst, wenn ein Nutzer identifiziert und in sein Konto eingeloggt ist, die im Kohortenbericht angegebenen Pr\u00e4ferenzdaten eindeutig einem bestimmten Nutzer zuordnen und bei \u00c4nderungen der Kohorten die Transformation der Pr\u00e4ferenzen verfolgen.\n<li class=\"l\"> Es ist nicht ausgeschlossen, dass ein Reverse Engineering der Besuchshistorie auf der Grundlage der Kohortendaten erfolgt, das hei\u00dft, die Analyse des Algorithmus zur Zuordnung von Kohorten erm\u00f6glicht R\u00fcckschl\u00fcsse darauf, welche Websites der Nutzer wahrscheinlich besucht hat. Anhand der Kohorten k\u00f6nnen auch Aussagen \u00fcber das Alter, den sozialen Status, die sexuelle Orientierung, politische Pr\u00e4ferenzen, finanzielle Schwierigkeiten oder erlittenes Ungl\u00fcck gemacht werden.\n<li class=\"l\"> Diskriminierung basierend auf Nutzerpr\u00e4ferenzen. Beispielsweise k\u00f6nnen Jobangebote und Kreditvergabe je nach ethnischer Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit, Religion, Geschlecht und Alter variieren. Nutzer, die finanzielle Probleme haben, k\u00f6nnten Kredite zu \u00fcberh\u00f6hten Zinsen angeboten bekommen, w\u00e4hrend die Ermittlung demografischer Daten und politischer Pr\u00e4ferenzen zur
