The release of aTox 0.7.0 has taken place, a free messenger for the Android platform that uses the Tox protocol (c-toxcore). Tox offers a decentralized P2P messaging model that employs cryptographic methods for user identification and protects transit traffic from interception. The application is written in the Kotlin programming language. The source code and compiled application builds are distributed under the GPLv3 license.
Features of aTox:

- End-to-end encryption: the only people who can see the conversations are the user themselves and their direct contacts.
