A pure Wayland environment is used by approximately 5-7% of Linux users, while XWayland is used by about 2%. The number of users with Wayland increases on weekends.
The information used for the report covers about 1% of the telemetry data obtained from Linux users of Firefox. The results can be significantly affected by the disabling of telemetry in Firefox packages offered in some Linux distributions (telemetry is enabled in Fedora). In terms of operating systems, around 86.5% of Firefox users use Windows, approximately 6.2% use macOS, and 5% use Linux.
