No instances of the problem have been recorded in earlier kernel branches like 6.2, or in the under-development branch 6.4. The exact cause of the issue and the factors contributing to the error have yet to be identified. XFS users are advised to refrain from updating to kernel branch 6.3 until the situation is clarified.
