Holly Million has extensive experience managing non-profits and is a versatile and passionate individual who has excelled as a documentary producer, writer, shaman, herbalist, artist, and educator. Holly has progressed from being a consultant at a non-profit to a development director, board member of various organizations, executive director of the BioBricks Foundation, which develops open projects in biotechnology, and founder of Artists United, which brings together artists and art enthusiasts, advocating that understanding art through education can solve many social issues.
Additionally, Holly is the founder of the Shamanic Arts Institute (SAI), which focuses on training shamans and organizing conferences on shamanism. Holly has also demonstrated her ability as a fundraiser for various projects; for instance, she secured funding for the documentary film 'A Story of Healing,' which became the first film ever licensed under Creative Commons to win an Oscar, recognized as the best short documentary in 1998.
