The Lazarus development team is pleased to announce the release of Lazarus 3.0 — an integrated development environment for Free Pascal. This release is still compiled with FPC 3.2.2.
In this release:
- Qt6 support has been added, based on version 6.2.0 LTS; the minimum Qt version for Lazarus 3.0 is 6.2.7.
- The Gtk3 binding has been completely redesigned;
- numerous memory leaks have been fixed for Cocoa, and support for multi-monitor configurations has been implemented;
- syntax highlighting for PasDoc has been added;
- fixes and improvements have been made for components TCustomImageList, TTaskDialog, TSpeedButton, and others.
