On January 10, support for the Linux kernel 4.14 LTS was officially ended, as announced through a mailing list by Greg Kroah-Hartman, the maintainer of the stable Linux kernel branch:
I announce the release of kernel 4.14.336. This is the LAST released kernel of the 4.14.y series. Its support has officially expired. Please do not use this kernel version anymore; upgrade to a newer version as shown on the releases page of kernel.org. All users of the 4.14 series kernel must perform an upgrade. If you are stuck on this version because your vendor requires it, please contact that vendor for support on this deprecated kernel tree, as that is what you are paying them for :)
The final version of the kernel included only a few bug fixes.
The kernels currently still supported by the original Linux versions in the long-term series are Linux 4.19, 5.4, 5.10, 5.15, 6.1, and most recently 6.6 as the LTS kernel for 2023. The lifespan of Linux 4.19 will end at the end of this year, 5.4 will reach EOL in 2025, and the others at the end of 2026 as part of the reduction of long-term support duration.
