The eighth corrective update for the Debian 12 distribution has been released, including accumulated package updates and installer fixes. This release features 68 updates addressing stability issues and 50 updates fixing vulnerabilities. Notable changes in Debian 12.8 include updates to the latest stable versions of systemd, clamav, dpdk, galera-4, intel-microcode, openssl, and wireshark.
Installation builds for a fresh installation of Debian 12.8 have been prepared for download. Systems previously installed and kept up-to-date will receive the updates present in Debian 12.8 through the standard update installation system.
