The foundation of this computer has not changed significantly since the Raspberry Pi 400. It uses a different form factor of the original Raspberry Pi 5 board equipped with 8 gigabytes of RAM. Inside, there is already a known metal plate responsible for heat dissipation and distribution within the computer. The specifications of the computer are identical to those of the original board.
Additionally, the Raspberry Pi device lineup has expanded, and now a monitor can be ordered to accompany the computer.
The Raspberry Pi Monitor features an IPS technology LCD panel, supports Full HD resolution (1080p, 1920 × 1080), has a color depth of 16.2M, and a brightness level of 250 nits.
The monitor is equipped with two built-in speakers with 1.2 watts of power, a 3.5 mm audio output, and buttons to control brightness and volume.
The monitor can be placed on a desk using its built-in stand or mounted on the wall using a standard VESA 100×100 bracket.
Power is supplied via a standard USB port (USB-C), allowing the screen to be powered directly from the Raspberry Pi board's USB port—under this condition, maximum brightness will be limited to 60%, and sound to 50%.
