A new version has been released control panel for audio interfaces from Focusrite's Scarlett, Clarett/Clarett+, and Vocaster lines.
ALSA Scarlett Control Panel provides a user-friendly interface for managing signal routing and volume in the interface channels, as well as for additional settings like firmware updates and enabling mass storage device mode for certain models. Focusrite supplies developers with the necessary technical information and devices.
In the new version:
- Support has been added for eight more devices: 6i6, 8i6, 18i6, 18i8, and 18i20 first generation, as well as 16i16, 18i16, and 18i20 fourth generation.
- Settings for S/PDF and Digital I/O modes have been added for the 18i8 and 18i20 third generation.
- The Levels window now displays the peak signal value.
- Added highlighting in the Routing and Mixer windows. In Routing, all ports connected to the one hovered over are highlighted (as shown in the screenshot). In the Mixer window, the output-mix pair is highlighted when hovering over the gain control.
The program is written in C using GTK4 and is distributed under the GPL 3+ license.
