The release of the Thunderbird 139.0 email client, developed by the community and based on Mozilla technologies, is now available. Thunderbird 139 is built on the Firefox 139 codebase and is categorized as an intermediate release, with updates issued until the next version. In the ESR branch, which has long-term support and receives updates throughout the year, release 128.11.0 of Thunderbird has been formed.
Key changes in Thunderbird:
- Support for manual sorting of folders in the panel has been added.
- The new mail notification now includes buttons for marking as read and deleting.
