NTC IT ROSA has released the ROSA Fresh Server 13.0 distribution, built on the Rosa 13 platform. This release is aimed at enthusiasts and is positioned as an experimental compact server distribution with a text interface. Utilizing a text installer, the distribution can operate on computers or virtual machines with 1 GB of RAM. An installation ISO image has been prepared for download, sized at 2 GB (x86_64).
ROSA Fresh Server is suitable not only for creating servers, but also as a foundation for building your own workstation. For quick installation, sets are offered for installing KDE Plasma 6 (task-plasma6), KDE Plasma 5 (task-plasma5), GNOME (task-gnome), and LXQt (task-lxqt). Depending on the user's needs, only the truly necessary components can be installed in the resulting system; for instance, if a scanner is available, the task-scanning set can be installed, and for a printer, task-printing.
