An experimental release of the open implementation of Win32 API — Wine 11.2 has been published. Since the release of 11.1, 32 bug reports have been closed and 238 changes have been made.
The most significant changes:
- In DbgHelp, loading of PDB files has been optimized.
- Support for running constructors and destructors in MSVC has been added to crt (C runtime).
- The generation of versioned resources from variables in makefile has been simplified.
- Libraries libpng 1.6.54, libxslt 1.1.45, and libjpeg 10 have been updated.
- Patches enabling the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud 2025 (Adobe Photoshop 2025, Adobe Premiere Pro 2025, etc.) have begun to be added.
- Bug reports related to the operation of applications: Bitcoin 0.3.21, Visual Basic 6, explorer.exe, Futuremark 3DMark Vantage 1.1.x, Alacritty, MilkyTracker, MMH7Editor, Pegasus Mail, Nexus Terminal have been closed.
- Bug reports related to the operation of games: King of Dragon Pass, Imperivm: Great Battles of Rome, Black Mirror, The Hong Kong Massacre, Sam & Max Save the World: Culture Shock, Fifa 2005, 4Story, Divinity II: Developer’s Cut, GTA: San Andreas/Vice City, Shop Titans, Gothic 1, Kyodai Mahjongg, Codename Panzers Phase 1 and Codename Panzers Phase 2 have been closed.
