Today, the release of the electronic circuit simulator Qucs-S 26.1.0 took place. The main innovations of the release are as follows:
- A new tool for synthesizing high-frequency circuits (filters, attenuators, matching networks, power combiners, etc.) has been added, accessible via the main menu Tools->S-parameter viewer & RF circuits synthesizer
- The package includes the RxCalc utility https://github.com/arhiv6/rxcalc , designed for calculating multi-stage radio receiver paths
- Components for SPDT switches and relays have been added
- In the properties dialog for transistors and diodes, a button has been added that allows you to choose a model from the library directly within the dialog
- The program's settings dialog has been updated
- Libraries of Darlington transistor models and domestic operational amplifiers have been added
