Release of anti-cheat tool TLAC 2.0

The release of the TLAC 2.0 project (Tuncor Local Anti-Cheat) is now available, developing an open anti-cheat system for Linux that operates in user space. To detect interference in the execution of game processes, TLAC employs scanning for typical cheat patterns in the process memory using ptrace and procfs. Features such as mask searching, integrity checks using SHA256 hashes, hardware blocking via HWID, and settings storage in JSON format are supported. The code is written in Rust, utilizing the asynchronous Tokio framework for IPC and is distributed under the MIT license.

TLAC 2.0 is notable for the addition of a kernel module intended for system integrity checks (currently limited to checking the presence of loaded kernel modules with masks 'rootkit' and 'suspicious' in /proc/modules).
